Familiar Faces

Andy biddle

Andy started the BGO on Instagram in 2014 and has since managed all media outlets.  A hunter at his core, he's more recently turned to chasing game with a camera. 

John Hurter

"JL" amongst those running in our circles; he has a knack for making longbeards fight his decoy in the spring and big bucks walk in front of his camera lens in the fall.  John is a devout outdoorsman whose hunting and fishing prowess far exceeds his years.  

Alan abney

A long time deer hunter, Alan affirmed his abilities when he arrowed this beautiful Kentucky whitetail, etching his name in the Pope&Young record books.  Alan is on a hot streak, having notched a buck tag each year for the past 5+ years.

donnie spencer

Like many Kentuckians, Donnie got his start in the outdoors tagging along with his father and uncles.  Donnie's affection and excitement for the outdoors rivals that of most.

Nick holzhause... ANd zip

A master diesel mechanic by trade and an avid outdoorsman by all other accounts.  Nick's passion for the outdoors often leads him to spend many days afield each year.  You'll see him appear in several of our photos around waterfowl season and you can bet on Zip being at his side!

ALEX MCKENZIE

Still a little green to the hunting and fishing community, Alex's enthusiasm and affection for the great outdoors rivals that of many.  Over the last few years, Al has payed his dues, chasing whitetails and waterfowl, but his diligence is starting to pay dividends both in the woods and on the water.  He recently ended his long dry spell, sealing the deal with both a doe and buck harvest.

Wes stacy

Wes lives and breathes for the outdoors.  With a resume built on thousands of hours afield, he knows the hills and hollers of Eastern Kentucky better than most know their own back yard.  Wes is trouble for spring gobblers and he's a coyote's worst nightmare.  You'll see plenty of Wes and his outdoor exploits on our social media outlets... most often posted up behind a FoxPro.

A catfishing and waterfowl junkie, Aaron is at home when in the fields or on the water.

Nate leggett

Nate's another catfish and waterfowl junkie, but you can bet he's chasing whatever game is in season.
